- New C#course started in Summer 2005: CIS-193 Software Engineering with C# 1.Mesa College CIS is one of the first public institutions in San Diego County to offer instruction in this important new programming language from Microsoft Corporation. The course title reflects our focus on teaching programming languages from a project life-cycle perspective, fulfilling industry expectations and requirements. Point of contact: Prof. Duane Wesley.
