To help resolve student disciplinary actions and grievances, in accordance with District Policy 3100
Membership Requirements
The Grievance Officer
At least one but no more than three Academic Senate representatives chosen by the Senate from a pool of at least five Academic Senate representatives. Equal number of Associated Student representatives drawn from a pool of at least five. In cases where a grievance is related to academic accommodation, the committee shall include the 504 Officer, a subject-matter specialist chosen by the Academic Senate, and a certified member for DSPS. All members of the Committee must be approved by the College President.
